EVENT: The Largest Ever Display of Famous Movie and TV Cars Ever held on the East Coast of the U.S.

Please note the get-together originally scheduled for that day (8/22)will be included in the Saturday night event which is a tailgate party with music, dancing, a buffet dinner, etc.

Plans have been altered because of a logistical adjustment.

LOCATION OF ALL SHOWS:
Cradle of Aviation Museum, Charles Lindbergh Blvd, Garden City, NY (free parking-located near Roosevelt Field)

EVENT: The Committee for the Autoseum, slated to create a Long Island based museum preserving the famous movie, TV and custom cars for the education of future generations in a vocational, industry and community center, commences its activities with the largest display of one-of-a-kind Hollywood cars ever assembled on the east coast.

Ten of the most famous cars in the world including the original TV series Batmobile, and the General Lee, Knight Rider, Ghostbusters, James Bond's Aston-Martin, Monkee-mobile, Drag-U-La, Triple x-X-x, more, will be displayed along with a one-of-a-kind 30-foot, black, winged, phantom limousine never before seen in the U.S.

The Cradle of Aviation hosts this unique event on Aug,. 23 and 24, 2008. Hollywood's George Barris, creator and "King of Kustom Cars" will be available one-on-one at the Saturday night event

Scheduled events include a Saturday night tail gate party, a custom car show, a custom and classic car auction, rides, vendors, prizes, trophy awards to cars, psychics, super models, etc.
Kids under 12 and parking are free.
